At KitchenSupply Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components and manuals are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
